参考 Formal meetings between the FDA and Sponsor or Applicants of PDUFA products guidance for industry. 如果对会议内容有异议， 需联系FDA的项目经理。如果有新的问题， 需要提交新的会议申请。 如果是要根据会议要求补充材料， 则按照会议要求补充相关材料。

WRO不需要单独回复。在IND中可以针对Meeting Minutes或WRO准备一个Response Letter，主要对FDA的每一条意见给出答复，并指向IND Package中的具体文件位置，相当于一个索引的作用。
