注册EMA 账户出现失败

我们计划向EDQM递交CEP,但前提需建立EMA账户用以获取SPOR OMS相关信息，近期在注册过程中出现2种情况 1.点击 Creat EMA Account，出现界面要登录邮箱（未注册过），在同一界面出现 登录选项 （要用安全密钥），这2种不知如何操作 2.还有一种界面要填写注册信息（已补充），但点击 Register  无反应； 请问如何注册才能成功？

右上角Sign Up进行注册即可
