As per the G.S.R. 20 (E) dated 18 Jan 2022, every imported API shall bear QR code on its label at each level of packaging to facilitate tracking and labeling (Copy of GSR is enclosed as Annexure I).

根据2022年1月18日的G.S.R. 20 (E)，每一进口API应在每一级包装的标签上标明二维码，以方便跟踪和标签(GSR的副本见附件I)。

Now, every manufacturer (new or already registered) is required to add a QR code in the label which will include the below given information. This will be applicable from 01 Jan 2023.

现在，每个制造商(新注册的或已经注册的)都被要求在标签上添加二维码，这将包括以下给定的信息。这将从2023年1月1日起适用。

1.  Unique Product Identification Code     唯一的产品识别码

2.  Name of the API      API的名称

3.  Name and address of the manufacturer      制造商的名称和地址

4.   Batch No.      批号

5.   Batch size      批量

6.   Date of manufacturing    生产日期

7.   Date of expiry or retesting      有效期或复验期

8.   Serial Shipping Container Code   集装箱代码

9.   Manufacturing license no or import license no.    生产许可证编号或进口许可证编号

10. Special storage conditions required (if any)        要求的特殊的储存条件(如有)

Hence, all the registered labels need to be revised with QR code included in it and will be notified to the DCGI before 01 Jan 2023. The same updated labels to be used during shipment of material. Also,  all the new registration will include the QR code in the labels .

因此，所有注册的标签都需要修改并包含二维码，并将在2023年1月1日前通知DCGI。相同的更新标签，在运输物料时使用。此外，所有的新注册将在标签上包括二维码。
